After a full year of teaching in 2025, and with the continuous advancements in AI, we have reorganized our brand-new course series for 2026. This time, the courses will no longer just teach you how to write workflow automation, but rather a more complete AI application system.
Just like building a hotel, from the initial design and planning, to the basic construction, to hiring a housekeeper, and finally to the actual operation, there are many steps and details involved, and each layer is important and indispensable.
Similarly, the integration of AI into enterprises should follow this approach. First, create a user-friendly interface for natural human-computer interaction; then, establish a robust system architecture to connect all aspects; next, deploy intelligent AI assistants to help with daily operations; and finally, establish a comprehensive operational mechanism to ensure continuous progress.
Therefore, we designed this four-stage course to guide you step by step from scratch to build your own AI ecosystem.
Four Stages of Enterprise AI Implementation
1. Beginner Class: Learn how to build a house first.
The essence of Lovable lies in "design and realization." It enables people and machines to converse naturally and make decisions together by creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces. In other words, Lovable is like an architect's blueprint, turning intangible ideas into tangible products.

At this stage, you will learn to establish workflows and system connections , linking various stages together to make the Lovable interface not only visually appealing but also user-friendly. This is a crucial bridge from design to actual operation.
3. Intermediate Class: Introducing concierge service
Finally, the AI Agent takes the stage , acting as a "housekeeper." It understands the user's needs, proactively handles daily tasks, and provides intelligent assistance in critical moments. It brings the entire system to life, transforming it from a passive tool into a proactive partner.
At this stage, you will deploy AI Agents to achieve intelligent automation , enabling the system to not only execute instructions, but also to proactively think, assist in decision-making, and handle complex situations.
4. Advanced Class: Excellence in Ecosystem Operations
Once the system is up and running, the real challenge begins. This stage requires you to integrate and apply all the knowledge gained from the previous three stages. This includes optimizing the user experience of Lovable, fine-tuning the workflow efficiency of Make/n8n, and monitoring the collaborative quality of the AI Agent.
Establish a sound operational mechanism . Continuously adjust processes, monitor efficiency, train the team, and prepare contingency plans. Specifically, this includes:
- Establish monitoring dashboards to track performance and optimize workflows.
- Collect feedback, diagnose faults, and quickly fix them.
- Write SOPs and contingency plans to ensure the team can take over maintenance.
