Project introduction:In this case, we implemented a smart calendar reservation system for the enterprise. Through the integration of LINE official account (OA) and Dify, managers and customers can communicate through the LINE platform. The system uses AI Agent to instantly confirm available reservation times and make reservation arrangements, greatly simplifying the reservation process. Google Calendar is used as a calendar registration tool, allowing the scheduler and the scheduleee to simultaneously confirm and record each other's travel needs. The entire system not only reduces the time burden of managers, but also improves the immediacy and accuracy of appointments, significantly improving the overall customer experience.

To solve the problem:
- Appointment time management is confusing
The system automatically checks available reservation times to avoid repeated reservations or incorrect arrangements and ensure reasonable time allocation. - Manual replies are inefficient
Combined with LINE Official Account (OA) and Dify, the system can respond to customers' reservation requests immediately, reducing human delays and improving service efficiency. - Inconvenient communication with customers
Through LINE OA, customers can easily select a time and receive confirmation or change notifications, which greatly improves the interactive experience and makes the reservation process smoother. - Interactive visual beautification
Adding a Flex menu function allows customers to more conveniently select available reservation time periods, improving the visual experience and operational convenience of the reservation process.
