Members can quickly register information, participate in activities and obtain points without cumbersome operations, which enhances the convenience and fun of participating in activities.
  • Increased event exposure and participation rates: The system automatically promotes events through LINE graphic menus and FLEX messages. Members can quickly browse and register to participate, thereby increasing the event's exposure and participation rate and ensuring that event information is effectively conveyed to the target audience.
  • Automatically determine eligibility: The system automatically determines members' qualifications to participate, including checking the number of participations, confirming the validity of PO links, etc., reducing human intervention and ensuring the fairness and accuracy of the participation process.
  • Electronic ticket security management: After members participate in the ticket activity, the system automatically generates a QRcode electronic ticket with a unique number, which can be queried and retrieved at any time to avoid ticket loss and enhance the security and convenience of the event.
  • Ease of operation for managers: Managers can quickly create and manage events through LINE@, use Google Sheet and Google Form to register event information and query member information. They can also use the QRcode scanning function to complete member registration, simplifying the management process.

    • Manager LINE@main scene
      The operation interface mainly used by managers includes functions such as registering manager information, creating and managing activities, querying member information, etc., which facilitates centralized management and real-time operations.
    • Winning notification scene
      When the winner's information is registered on Google Sheet, the system automatically triggers a winning notification and notifies members through LINE push messages to ensure that members receive winning information in a timely manner.
    • Activity data management scenario
      There is a modification button in the event-specific Google Sheet, so managers can update event information in real time and synchronize it to the event summary to ensure that members only get the latest information.
    • Find the ID of the person scanning the QR code
      This scenario supports adding work-study students or temporary personnel to assist in scanning QR codes for activities. Administrators can register the information of QR code scanners in the event-specific Google Sheet and enable their QR code scanning function to ensure that each assisting staff can successfully complete the QR code scanning registration work and improve the efficiency of event registration.
    • Management account scan return scenario
      After the administrator uses LINE@ to scan the member's QRcode e-ticket at the event site, the system automatically sends the registration information back to Google Sheet to complete the registration, updates the member's participation status, and reflects the registration status in real time to avoid missed registrations or incorrect records.
    • Activity state management scenario
      The system automatically updates the status of expired activities to "off the shelf" to prevent members from querying expired activities and maintain the accuracy and timeliness of the activity list.
