Users can instantly check the lighting order status, including payment progress, by entering their name and phone number on LINE@ without waiting for a reply from manual customer service. AI Agent automatically identifies user needs, conducts real-time queries and responses through the database, greatly improving service efficiency. When registering for lighting, the system will automatically provide a registration link, send payment information, complete reconciliation registration and issue an electronic invoice, integrating the complete process of registration, payment and reconciliation, effectively reducing manual operations.
